Philip Liu, PhD is a successful real estate investor. He is a semiconductor process engineer at one of the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturing companies during the day. He caught the real estate investment bug during his time at University of Texas, Austin. After convincing his wife Brigitte, they bought their first out-of-state single family rental property in 2016. From there, they quickly learned the ins and outs of investing in larger multifamily properties and are now limited partner in 400+ units across the United States.
